Bearings(2) are sold seperate.  Bearings  can be added to your order, please call or email your interest. Bearings are shipped with head but you will need to install them when you install head on your Delta.  They have to be off to accomodate assembly, otherwise we would put them on at no charge.  Its not a big deal, you can do ..
