Oella Saw and Tool offers a sophisticated template program taylored to fit the needs of each customer. As a standard we offer a acrylic templates duplicated from a CAD drawing, sketch or wood sample. All templates are made to 10mm axial constant unless otherwise specified.  We can produce steel templates as well. We can provide reverse templates for hold down shoes and multi sided templates for checking gauges with 2, 3, or 4 sides to check all sides of a profile. All templates can be labeled with a name or identification number.

Instructions to order:

1. Send us a product sample or drawing to dave@oellasawandtool.com or fax it to us.
2. We will produce a dimensioned CAD drawing, which will be sent for your approval in a PDF or DWG/DXF file.
3. When we receive your approval, We will  produce the template on one of 2 Isel CNC Template makers. Weinig's 10mm axial constant will be used unless otherwise specified (1/4" wadkin, Scmi square notch at fence side)
4. Your order will include a 8-1/2 x 11 black and white  layout, acrylic template and will be shipped to you by 1st class mail.
