SHELIX FOR POWERMATIC PM201 PLANER/MOULDER

Do I need bearings?  Now is the time to change them. The Powermatic 201 bearing is very diificult to remove and often is damaged trying to remove it.  We recommend buying your shelix with the bearings. We sell 95% of our shelix heads with the factory (Byrd) installed bearing package.
